The minister said that no developed country in the world is now dependent on paper based education. But our education system is still in the paper based traditional format. We will break this format. Therefore, we have already created the digital content of the class textbooks from Playgroup to class five. We found it the easiest way to educate. Highlighting the plan to provide telecommunication facilities to remote areas, he also said, "We are building telecom networks in remote haors and hard to reach areas. We are providing internet. Also creating digital content. Through this we can help spread education in digital format. We are now creating digital classrooms with digital content in 650 primary schools and 28 neighborhood centres. Where it will be possible to study without paper books.
